We are often on the road doing shows and may be unable to process your order and ship your item(s) right away. If you need expedited shipping, please call us before placing your order at 1-800-551-3506.
We ship via Priority USPS. Shipping charges are Domestic (USA) only—for other destinations please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping is $4.50 per whistle (within the USA). Free shipping on all USA orders over $50. Songbooks ordered individually ship for $5.00 regardless of quantity.
Please allow 2-4 days for delivery from the time we process the order. Insurance is optional and upon request. If an item is not in stock shipping may take up to 4 weeks.
We take extreme care to insure that your order is carefully packaged before we ship it to you. If an item arrives damaged please notify the carrier immediately and notify The Whistleworks by calling 1-800-551-3506 or emailing us. Keep all packaging including box and cushioning materials.
All claims MUST be made within 15 days of receipt of order. You are responsible for the return shipping to us. We will not refund shipping and handling costs. Exception: if you received a defective item or a product you did not order and by mistake we sent you.
